              Print and use this form when mailing in your order.

              
                  Shipping charge : $5.00 per structure order .
                                                $2.00 for smaller items

                                                       MD residents add 5% for sales tax

               For items outside the USA , actual shipping will be charged for Air Mail.
                  

              We now accept payments by check, money order and PayPal.

              Checks and money  orders must drawn on a U.S. bank . Pay Pal will handle

              currency conversions for foreign orders.  Orders may be made by  postal mail  or  E-mail.

              If  paying by check, the order will be shipped when funds clear.

              To use Pay Pal,  You can e-mail your order with your shipping address and your Pay Pal ID.

              We will then send you a Pay Pal invoice to finish the transaction.  OR,  you can sign -in      

              to your  account and  click the send money tab.  Pay Pal recipient E-mail address available at the
